Marco Gallegos c220e7f30f Fix: Remove entire env block from next.config.js 
- Remove Next.js env block to prevent build errors
- NEXT_PUBLIC_* variables are automatically injected by Coolify at runtime
- Fixes: env.NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_URL is missing error
