refactor: simplify navigation structure with README as main access point

- Restructure README.md as primary access point with clear menu sections
- Replace complex navbar with simple 'REGRESAR AL MENÚ PRINCIPAL' button in all files
- Update all case files with clean navigation between hallazgos and conclusiones
- Remove NAVBAR.md file as it's no longer needed
- Simplify navigation to focus on essential connections

Now users start at README.md and can easily return from any file.
