feat: add navigation system with navbar and cross-links between all MD files

- Create NAVBAR.md with complete project navigation menu
- Add navigation headers to all 13 markdown files
- Implement cross-linking between hallazgos and conclusiones files
- Include quick navigation sections in each case file
- Update main documentation files with consistent navigation

All files now interconnected through navbar system for easy navigation.
