feat: create comprehensive navigation table and update all files with bidirectional links

NEW FEATURE:
- Create TABLA_NAVEGACION.md as master index with cross-references
- Complete navigation matrix for all 15+ files
- Bidirectional links between related files by case

NAVIGATION IMPROVEMENTS:
- Every file now links to README and TABLA_NAVEGACION
- Case-specific links between hallazgos/conclusiones/contratos
- Quick access patterns for legal team
- Relative path corrections for proper linking

TABLE STRUCTURE:
- Documentación Central section
- Individual case breakdowns (4 professional + 1 labor)
- Quick summary table with all cases
