update: sync dotfiles with system changes

Browse Source 
- zsh: add OpenCode Web aliases (ocw, ocws)
- nvim: update plugin versions (lazy-lock.json)
- alacritty: change font to MesloLGL Nerd Font Mono
- hypridle: adjust idle timeouts (5min screensaver, 10min lock, 15min screen off, 30min suspend)
- hyprlock: change font to MesloLGL Nerd Font Mono
